RFQ Bid Opening: March 20, 2023

The City of Laurel MS is seeking Qualifications Statements for Designing and Building for an additional phase (Phase II) to the current concrete skatepark located in Daphne Park to include an additional 92’x 20’concrete slab containing (2) Quarter Pipes, (1) Flat Bar, (1) Manual Pad, (2) Ledge and (2) Banks located at the following address:

Reference your submittals as: "Professional Qualifications for Designing and Building

Phase II Concrete Skatepark for the City of Laurel".

Pre-submittal walk-thru meetings may be scheduled with the Parks & Recreation Department by appointment before March 16, 2023.

The Statements of Qualifications shall not exceed twenty (20) pages, double sided (printed

on both sides) or forty (40) pages, single sided (printed on one side). Sectional dividers may be used; they will not be counted towards the maximum number of pages allowed. A one-page cover letter may also be included which will not be counted towards the maximum number of pages allowed. The proposal shall include a clear table of contents addressing all the requirements of the RFQ.

The City of Laurel reserves the right to reject any or all the Statements of Qualifications. This invitation does not commit the City of Laurel to accept any Statements of Qualifications and does not obligate the City of Laurel for any cost associated with the preparation of the Statement of Qualifications.
